By accessing or using this Site, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms of use. If you do not agree with these terms, please do not use this Site.
1. Use of site
Eliada Career Training provides various educational resources, including course content, quizzes, assessments, study materials, articles, and other digital assets (collectively, the “Materials”). Users are granted a limited, non-transferable license to view and download one copy of the Materials for personal learning purposes only. Materials must not be modified, reproduced, distributed, sold, or shared in any form, whether digital or physical, without prior written permission. Users are expected to maintain the confidentiality of the Materials and not disclose them to third parties. Any breach of these Terms may result in immediate termination of access to the Site and its resources.

Eliada Career Training reserves the right to withhold or revoke certification if: Students fail to meet participation or assessment requirements, Course work is incomplete, or Evidence of dishonesty or non-compliance with academic standards is found.

The Site and its Materials are provided “as is”, without warranties of any kind. Eliada makes no guarantees regarding: The accuracy, reliability, or completeness of the content, Fitness of the Materials for any specific purpose, Error-free or uninterrupted availability of the Site. Use of the Site is at the User’s own risk.
6. Limitation of liability
In no event shall Eliada Career Training, its staff, or affiliates be liable for: Any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use or inability to use the Site, Technical errors, data loss, or service interruptions, Health, financial, or academic outcomes resulting from course participation.

8. Processing fees & refunds
Online transactions may incur standard processing fees charged by payment providers (e.g., 2.9% + $0.30). These fees are non-refundable. If a student cancels enrollment, an administrative fee of $20–$50 will be charged. Refunds, where applicable, will exclude processing fees.
